A whole property handled end to end, and the clearest picture of what having a single contractor for everything actually looks like. Outside, the house got a black standing-seam roof, white board-and-batten siding, new black windows throughout, and timber trusses built into the gables. We put up a new garage to match, down to the carriage-style doors and the same roof and siding. Inside, the kitchen was rebuilt around a wood-topped island, a pro range under a timber hood, a herringbone backsplash, and a cast concrete farm sink, with black built-in cabinetry and open wood shelving carried through the rest of the house.
